The number of person hours. For mediation with one practitioner, the fee is per hour for one mediator. The hourly fee is greater if more than one practitioner is involved.
The type of hours of services. Meetings with clients are charged at a fixed fee. No charge is made for phone calls to and from the initiating party. No charge is made for initial consultation up to 0.5 hours.
The product of the services. If parties intend to produce an agreement in the form of a legal contract, the fees are higher than without.
The cap. An estimate is provided based on an initial assessment at consultation of the cost of services. A maximum total cost can be set by the client, and we will state specifically what we can provide within that cost. Clients may choose to adjust that cap as they go.
All parties must equally share the fees.
Mediation without legal contract is $75 / hour. With contract is $125 / hour. Circle or conference is $100 / hour. With contract is $175 / hour. Meeting Facilitation is $75 / hour.
Travel costs are additional. New Mexico gross receipts tax is added.
